For hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on liquids as well as opened or used products. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, please see our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as LUNEV cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return postage.
